This apartment is part of the "Cortijo Vergara" which is set in 8 acres of Olive and Almond groves. The apartment has a private Entrance, Master Bedroom with Ensuite, a Double Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom. It has another Family Bathroom and a large open plan Kitchen and Lounge

The apartment is newly reformed in traditional Spanish style. Tiled throughout and wooden shuttered windows. The Ensuite wet room is large with a powerful Shower, W.C. and Sink. Each Bedroom has a fitted Wardrobe, Drawers and Bedside Tables. The Lounge has a 2 piece Suite. The Bathroom has a Bath, Shower, W.C., Sink and Washing machine, (available on lets of two or more weeks).

Facilities include a Log fire, Internet Access, Satellite TV, CD and DVD player, Staffed Property, a Safe, Kettle, Toaster, Iron, Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine. The property sleeps a maximum of 7 people, with a cot available. The Lounge has seating for 6 people. Linen and Towels are provided. Within walking distance there are Bars and Restaurants, and Go-Karting. A 5 minute drive by car will take you into the historic Town of Baza, with it's many Bars, Restaurants, Parks, Shops and weekly Market where you can soak up a traditional Spanish Culture.

To secure the apartment we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking, (through bank transfer) the rest to be paid 4 weeks prior to your arrival. Late bookings, as above with the rest to be paid on arrival.
