Villa Nazari ia a lovely rental cave for long term lets only. It is fully furnished and has three Double Bedrooms with built-in Wardrobes, a Shower room, Dining room with seating for 8 people. Kitchen with Hob and Microwave, Fireplace, Sofa, Breakfast Table. Outside there is a Terrace with table and Chairs and BBQ. The tenants would be responsible for Gas Bottles, Wood for the fire and the Electricity bills. The Landlord is responsible for the rates and the water. There are lovely views from the property and it's a very quiet area, but only 10 minutes by car to the busy town of Benamaurel, or 20 by car to the historical Town of Baza. This is the end Cave property in a terrace of three, all owned by the same person. The Landlord himself lives in the middle cave so he is always on hand if any problems arise.
