Next to the utility room is a partially glazed door, leading into the corridor, to the left is the lovely Entrance hall and the front door and to the left of this is the Lounge which has two windows, one overlooking the Patio. The property is secured by an Electric gate and allows access for cars or pedestrians and has intercom access.
