The property is actually in very good condition although not really currently habitable, unless you like camping... Apart from the main living room, there are no real designated rooms in the property and no Bathroom. However, there are several rooms which can be used for a Kitchen, Bedrooms, Dining Room and Bathroom.
The whole first floor is two large rooms which run the length of the property - these are currently being used to store hay for the Sheep. These two rooms can be divided up into seperate bedrooms, or a large Master bedroom with an ensuite and a smaller bedroom with a seperate bathroom. There are many possibilities.
The property would need to be competely re-wired and plumbing installed, but this is possible since both Mains Water and Electricty are available.
There are also a couple of outbuildings; the larger one which is currently home to the Mule and the other which would make a small garage. There is also a traditional bread oven outside the house which I'm told is still useable - a great addition to the BBQ.
