The accommodation in the property is distributed as follows: the front door opens into a short Hallway and takes you through to the attractive fitted Kitchen on the left, with white and blue, modern base and eye level units and a large work surface.

Access to the first floor is via the Dining room. On this level there are a further three Bedrooms each of them are a really good size and one has a large built-in wardrobe which spans the width of the room. All of these Bedrooms are part of the main house and therefore have windows, unlike the cave Bedrooms below. Also on this floor is the second Bathroom which has a full size bath with shower attachment, a basin, bidet and a separate toilet.
Finally on the second floor is a great Entertainment room which incorporates a fully stocked bar and table & chairs in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. This room gives you access onto the 2.7m x 4.0m covered Terrace where you can see views of the Lake and the Church as well as the Village's rooftops.
The larger roof Terrace measuring 35sqm is also accessed from here and there is a built-in BBQ plus even more space to add several more tables and chairs. These two Terraces have to be the highlight of the property because of the fantastic views and the fact that you can spend the best part of the year out here to enjoy them.

So lastly, but not least is the gorgeous Cave Apartment which measures 64sqm and has it's entrance to the side of the main property via the double gates which open into the small 25sqm Garden pictured above. The front door of the Apartment opens into a small Hall and here is located a gas hot water heater and a traditional sink.
Further along on the right is the combined Shower and Utility room. Straight ahead is the Lounge which is very comfortable and has a lovely feature fireplace complete with wood burner. To the right of the Lounge is a Kitchenette, however this will soon become a Dining room or another Bedroom since a new Kitchen is being built onto the side of the apartment and will be accessed via the first Bedroom.
There are two Bedrooms here, one being a large single with built-in storage shelves and the other a double. There is ample parking outside the property, but as I mentioned earlier it is possible to walk into the Village from the house. All of the mains services are connected and the annual rates for the property are only 100€.
