Situated on the edge of the Sierra de Baza Natural Park, this property is surrounded by Pine trees and nature. The property is one of only a handful of properties in the small hamlet of Romeral, just off the A92N towards Baza.

There is a single room in the round tower of the house on ground floor level, this is currently being used as a Bedroom. However most of the accommodation is situated on the first floor, which is accessed via the steps at the front of the property. There are two entrances to the house, one at the front and another to the rear by the Kitchen.
Through the front door one enters a Hallway and all of the rooms lead off from here. The first door to the left is also part of the tower and this room is used as a Sitting room. To the right of the Hallway is the combined Lounge and Dining room, which has a fireplace in one corner.
Further down the Hallway on the right are the Bathroom and Utility room. The Bathroom has a full sized bath installed as well as a basin, bidet and toilet. The Utility room has plumbing for a washing machine and also has an old traditional sink.
The next room along on the right is the Kitchen which has all of the base and wall units along one wall and a large fitted storage cupboard along the other side. There is also a walk-in Larder. The property could do with some modernisation however, it is completely habitable as it is and improvements could be made whilst one lives there.
The remaining rooms along the left of the Hallway are all currently used as Bedrooms, of which there are 3. They are all double rooms and all have windows. The owner has stated that he would include all of the furniture in the sale in the property.
The house has mains water and electricity connected and it's possible to install telephone and Internet access. The nearest airport to the property is Granada approx. 1 hour away. The nearest town with shops and bars would be Baul. Baza is only a ten minute drive by car.
